Implementation of the Inter-Property Tax System for the County of San Diego, delivered in partnership with HPE and Thomson Reuters.

Property tax is the financial backbone of a county — and the system that runs it touches assessment, billing, collections, exemptions and reconciliation, all bound by statute. IPTS had to be accurate to the cent, integrate cleanly with existing county and state systems, and migrate years of legacy records without losing a row.
This was enterprise delivery at its most demanding: HPE as prime, Thomson Reuters supplying the tax platform, and a county that could not afford a misstep. Our role spanned implementation, integration and the careful data migration that decides whether a project like this lands or stalls.
Coordinating a Fortune-500 prime, a global software vendor and a government client under one delivery plan is a discipline of its own. It's the same calm, accountable delivery we bring whether the client is a county government or a growing business.
