Every team that ships work needs a shared picture of who is doing what and what's stuck. Kanban boards are the lingua franca of product, ops, agency, and engineering teams — but generic tools are bloated and rigid. The category demands a board that is fast, visual, and bends to your exact workflow.

FlowBoard is a five-column board — Backlog, To Do, In Progress, In Review, Done — with cards you drag between columns. Each card carries colored labels, an assignee avatar, and a due date that turns amber when it's near and red when it's overdue. Columns enforce WIP limits and flag overflow, while a live header tracks total cards and percent complete.

Cards use native HTML5 drag-and-drop with drop-position detection, so you can reorder within a column or move across columns, and the board re-renders from a single in-memory state array. An inline composer adds cards with labels and dates without leaving the board, label chips filter the view, search narrows by title, and arrow keys move a focused card for full keyboard control.
